Google Analytics Solutions Gallery Terms

By submitting content to the Google Analytics Solutions Gallery (available at https://analytics.google.com/analytics/gallery), you agree, in addition to Google’s Terms of Service and Google’s Privacy Policy, to the following terms (as modified from time to time, collectively, the “Terms”). If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company, you represent and warrant that: (i) you have the full legal authority to bind the company to these Terms; (ii) you have read and understood these Terms, and (iii) you agree, on behalf of your company, to these Terms. For clarity, your use of Google Analytics or Google Analytics 360 is governed by your Google Analytics or Google Analytics 360 agreement as applicable (the "Service Agreement").

If you submit content, digital materials or services through the Google Analytics Solutions Gallery ("Gallery Submission"), you direct and authorize Google and its affiliates to host, link to, and otherwise incorporate your Gallery Submission into the Google Analytics Solutions Gallery, and you grant Google and users of the Google Analytics Solutions Gallery ("Users") a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and non-exclusive license to exercise the rights in the Gallery Submission, as stated below:

to reproduce the Gallery Submission;
to display publicly and distribute copies of the Gallery Submission;
to create and reproduce derivative works of the Gallery Submission;
to display publicly and distribute copies of derivative works of the Gallery Submission.

You retain the right to stop distributing the Gallery Submission through the Google Analytics Solutions Gallery at any time; provided, however that any such election will not serve to withdraw the licenses granted to Google and Users under these Terms. In order to stop distributing the Gallery Submission through the Google Analytics Solutions Gallery, you must delete your Gallery Submission from the Google Analytics Solutions Gallery.

You represent and warrant that (i) you own or have obtained the necessary legal rights to provide every Gallery Submission you submit to the Google Analytics Solutions Gallery, and will maintain these rights for as long as the Gallery Submission is available to Google and Users; and (ii) every Gallery Submission you submit to the Google Analytics Solutions Gallery abides by the Google Analytics Partner Gallery Program Policies (available at https://www.google.com/analytics/partners/policy, as modified from time to time).

Subject to your Service Agreement, Google claims no ownership over any Gallery Submission you submit to the Google Analytics Solutions Gallery. You retain copyright and any other rights, including all intellectual property rights, you already hold in the Gallery Submission. You agree that you are responsible for protecting and enforcing those rights and that Google has no obligation to do so on your behalf.

You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that Google has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any Gallery Submission that you submit. You will not submit, and will not assist in submitting, any information that can be recognized as personally identifiable information to the Google Analytics Solutions Gallery. Google is not in any way responsible for the subsequent use or misuse by Users who access your Gallery Submission. Google has no obligation to display a submitted Gallery Submission in the Google Analytics Solutions Gallery and, at Google’s sole discretion: (i) may decide not to post a submitted Gallery Submission and (ii) reserves the right to remove any or all posted Gallery Submissions.
